Day 1: Treatment Planning, Live Surgical Case, and Didactic Learning
Morning Session:
- Introduction & Overview
- Welcome and course objectives
- Overview of the All on 4® treatment concept and its indications
- Treatment planning essentials for All on 4®
- Pre-operative patient assessment and diagnostics
- Radiographic analysis: CBCT scan interpretation
- Understanding bone quality and quantity (mandible vs. maxilla)
- Evaluating anatomical landmarks (sinus, nerve, etc.)
- Risk factors, patient selection criteria, and long-term prognosis
- Live Treatment Planning Session with Dr. Joe Mehranfar / Dr. Blake Adams
- Review of the patient case for All on 4®
- Planning implant positions using digital workflow and software
- Discuss restorative outcomes and aesthetic considerations
- Q&A with Dr. Joe / Dr. Adams before surgery
Mid-Morning to Early Afternoon:
- Live All on 4® Surgical Case by Dr. Joe Mehranfar
- Attendees will observe the full surgical procedure:
- Incision techniques and flap management
- Sequential bone reduction for optimal prosthetic placement
- Multi-unit abutment selection and placement
- Achieving primary stability of implants
- Suture techniques and post-op care
- Digital workflow

Afternoon Session:

- Review surgical details and outcomes
- Problem-solving intraoperative challenges
- Didactic Portion: Hands-On Practice with Models
- Working on dental models:
- Placement of implants and multi-unit abutments
- Understanding torque values and how to achieve primary stability
- Importance of proper angulation and depth
- Anatomy Review
- Anatomy of the mandible and maxilla: Review of key structures, such as the inferior alveolar nerve, mental foramen, and sinuses
- Working on dental models:
Learning Objectives for Day 1:
- Understand comprehensive treatment planning for All on 4®
- Learn the surgical process and observe live surgery
- Gain practical experience placing implants and multi-unit abutments in models
- Familiarize with anatomical landmarks and digital workflows for successful outcomes
Day 2: Cadaver Training and Prosthetic Conversion
Day 3: Advanced Cadaver Practice and 3D Prosthetic Delivery
For this course there will be an option to pay all at once, or in 2 monthly installment payments of $ 2,475.
