3-Day Live Surgical Implant Course — Cadaver & 3D Printing
The step most implant education never takes: cadaver surgery, CBCT planning, 3D-printed surgical guides, then implant placement on live patients under direct supervision — one instructor per two operating dentists.

All-on-4® Surgical & Restorative Course with Cadaver Training
Observe Dr. Joe Mehranfar treat a live All-on-4® case, then perform the full-arch surgical sequence on mandibular and maxillary cadavers — with analog conversion, digital workflow, and 3D-printed prosthesis observation.

All-on-4® Surgical Observation Mentorship Program
One full day inside Aria Dental Implant Center observing Dr. Joe Mehranfar deliver complete All-on-4® treatment — live surgery plus the digital workflow through same-day prosthetic delivery. One assistant attends free.

It's an intermediate program: you'll get the most from the cadaver sessions if you're already comfortable with flap design, suturing, and single-implant placement — from practice experience or our Level 1 course.
Restoratively focused dentists who partner with a surgeon also attend for the planning, conversion, and digital workflow content.

Cadaver, 3D Printing & Fully Guided Surgery
Cadaver training, 3D printing, and fully guided implant surgery are built into our programs rather than sold as separate weekends:
- Cadaver programs — every course includes hands-on cadaver surgery: Level 1, All-on-4®, the live-patient course, and the sinus course.
- 3D printing & guided surgery — CBCT planning, intraoral scanning, and 3D-printed models and surgical guides are core curriculum in the 3-day live surgical implant course.
- Observation seats — experience a full live surgical program without operating: $3,500 on the live implant and sinus courses, full CE credit included.
