Dr. Joe Mehranfar co-founded Implant Education Company in January 2020. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID), a former adjunct professor at Midwestern University and A.T. Still University, and a lecturer for Nobel Biocare and SprintRay.

In the All-on-4® Surgical & Restorative Course, attendees observe Dr. Mehranfar treat a complete live full-arch case — incision, bone reduction, and implant placement — with narration of the decisions behind each step.

Dr. Blake Adams graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2008 and practiced general dentistry until 2018. During his time in private practice he spent time training with Dr. Arun Garg, the Spear Institute, and eventually completing a Masters of Implantology through UNLV and the California Implant Institute.

In 2018 he pursued advanced implant training by attending a 3-year implant residency program through Loma Linda University. During his 3 years he was able to study with some of the most well known and respected implantologists including Dr. Jamie Lozada, Dr. Joseph Kan, and Dr. Charles Goodacre. Dr. Adams served as the chief surgical resident from 2020 to 2021.

Since completing his implant residency Dr. Adams has become a speaker for Nobel Biocare with a focus on digital implant planning, full mouth reconstruction, bone grafting, basic to advanced implant placement, and implant prosthetics. He continues to teach at Loma Linda University in the Center for Implant Dentistry as a part time faculty member.

Dr. Adams maintains a private practice in Palm Desert, California with a focus on implant dentistry, bone grafting, digital workflows, and comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation. When not practicing dentistry or teaching, Dr. Adams is an avid runner, triathlete, and endurance athlete. He has completed many marathons, including the Boston Marathon, along with multiple half Ironman events and ultra marathons. He has been married for 24 years and is the father of 4 children.

Dr. Adams is the main instructor for the Level 1 cadaver course, the 3-day live surgical implant course, and the live surgical sinus lift course, and leads the educational components of the All-on-4® course.

Dr. Hillam has spent over a decade teaching implantology in a variety of settings, including as a faculty member for Implant Training Solutions, the California Implant Institute, and as the founder and director of Entry Point™ Seminars. He has lectured on implant and soft tissue topics throughout the U.S. and abroad, previously taught for Nobel Biocare, and served on the advisory board for Novadontics. He is also a Blue Sky Bio educator and has worked with Hiossen Implants as a content editor.

He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2004 and earned his Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) in 2016. Dr. Hillam is passionate about pairing the technical "how" of implant surgery with the theoretical "what," "why," and "when" that is essential to long-term clinical success.

Dr. Hillam provides additional instruction in the Level 1 cadaver course and the 3-day live surgical implant course.

Dr. Henry "Butch" Ferguson is an accomplished oral surgeon from Augusta, GA. He received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Pittsburgh, PA, in 1980 and completed his residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA, in 1991.

Dr. Ferguson served in the United States Army Dental Corps and retired from active duty at the rank of Colonel in March 2004. In April 2004, he received a joint appointment as an Associate Professor in the Medical College of Georgia Medical Center Department of Surgery, and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry as an Associate Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He currently serves as the Vice Chair and Director of Post Graduate Training for the Augusta University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia), Dental College of Georgia, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Ferguson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a member of the ADA, a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
