Before you register

Cancellation: cancel 60 or more days before your course start date for a refund; inside 60 days, tuition is non-refundable. Transfers: Level 1 and All-on-4® registrations may transfer to a later date; live surgical courses transfer only up to 60 days before the course start. Full policies →
